2. OESS午前コース、2月24日（木、10:30～）： バタフライ効果はあなたが考えているようなものではありません。
前者については首都移転が遅々として進まない日本に対して、インドネシアの計画実施には賛同、うらやましさもあるとの考えもありました。
後者ではメンバーからのニュースと質疑で会が終了し、トピックは次回に持ち越されました。

As for the former, there was support for Indonesia's plan and envy for Japan's slow progress in relocating its capital.
In the latter, the meeting ended with news and questions from the members, and the topic was carried over to the next meeting.
