詐欺の手口：
写真は私宛の英文詐欺メールです。（赤字は私が警告の意味で記入しました。）
私の姓、Kamamotoをターゲット（Kamamotoという姓の人を標的）に、詐欺師が乗っ取った他人のフェイスブックアカウントで自分が銀行家になりすまし、秘密裏に多額の遺産金を山分けしようと誘いかけるものです。
少なくとも私の司法通訳・翻訳としての業務上の経験からは、法治国家であれば、残された遺産はもしもその遺族が海外にいてもその国の当局の責任で探し出し、最も適切な人に通知し、法的手順を経て遺族に手渡すのが通常の手順です。

Fraudulent trick:
The attached picture in English entices me to split secretly the huge amount money a person of the same family name (false name of course) of mine, Kamamoto, left in the bank by making misuse of the other’s Facebook account the confidence man had hacked. 
Judging from my experience as a court interpreter/translator, the inheritance is handed over legally to the bereaved family investigated, even if they are out of the country, by the authority where he/she died if the country is ruled by law.
Please be careful not to be caught up in the scam.
