無形財産 Intangible Property

Intangible property is property that does not have a physical existence. Examples of intangible property include patents, knowhow, knowledge, goodwill and so on.

The following three things are necessary for the formation of intangible property.

(1) an attitude of continuous learning, (2) mental and physical health, and (3) the ability to adapt to change.

All of these are related to time, and learning new things takes time.

Building intangible assets is how we use our time.

We can build our intangible assets by developing the habit of thinking from a young age about how we will live our life and what is important to us.
