ソニー・ウォークマン、誕生40周年：
BBCラジオでウォークマンに関する30分ほどの技術ニュース特集が今朝（現地時間の深夜）放送されていました。
今日（日本時間では昨日）がソニー・ウォークマン40周年の記念日ということを海外のメディアを通じて知りました。
“ウォークマンは録音業界に激震を与えただけでなく、音楽の楽しみ方を根本的に変えました”、とのコメントがありました。
すごいですね。
添付写真のウォークマンは23年前にNHK東京の取材陣が私の節電技術を取材に来た時に謝礼として戴いたものです。
大切に保管しています。
The 40th anniversary of the Sony Walkman:
The 30 minute-long BBC Technology News on the title was on air this morning (midnight in London).
I have known that today (yesterday, Japan time) is 40th anniversary of the Sony Walkman through the foreign media.
It said, “Today marks the 40th anniversary of the Sony Walkman, a piece of technology that not only rocked the recording industry, but fundamentally changed how we all experience music.”
It is so great, isn’t it? 
The attached picture is a present from NHK Tokyo when they came to me to cover the power saving technology of my own development 23 years ago.
I still have kept it with care.
