元気な会社の秘訣 　Secrets of energetic companies

今回、2月17日日本語には西山教材さんが紹介されました。
子供の頃、誰もが一度は見た事のある学校教材を進化させ、子供たちの学びを陰で支える会社です。
創業者の西山会長とは県の異業種交流の会で長く付き合わせていただきましたので、懐かしく拝見しましたが、元気で事業継承されており嬉しくも感じました。
昨日、久しぶりに再訪して語り合いました。
Referral-based TV program:
I sometimes happen to see the companies I know on the local TV programs. 
This time on February 17th, they aired the business by Nishiyama Kyozai Co., Ltd., an educational tool maker, which develops and manufactures the teaching tools used by both teachers and students in the classrooms.
Mr. Mishiyama, the company chairman and I used to be in the same pan-industry social groups for a long time so that I watched the program nostalgically and felt happy with their smooth business succession.
I visited him on Feb. 18th and talked a lot after a long time.
