熱射病患者？　昨夜、家の近くで止まった救急車 　A heat stroke patient? An ambulance stopped near my house last night.

致死熱波:
例年より2週間ほど早かった今年の梅雨明け以降、毎日メディアで見聞きするのが「命に危険を及ぼす暑さ」、「命に係わる危険な暑さ」です。
事実、異常な暑さが続き、熱射病であちこちに死者も出ています。
私は虚礼を廃止していますが、慣例に従う方々には今年は単なる暑中見舞いでなく、酷暑見舞いになるのでしょう。
Fatal heat wave:
What we hear or see every day since the 2 week earlier end of the rainy season in Japan is hotness that poses a risk to life or dangerous heat related to life.
It has been actually abnormally hot and we have already had heat-wave fatalities here and there.
Though I don’t follow the dead formalities, for those who may have to write to someone offering best seasonal wishes, it should be the ones for the extremely hot season this year, not just for the hot season.
