リフォーム　Renovation

我が家では比較的天候に恵まれた今週、水回りのリフォームを行いました。
設備の老朽化、生活様式の変化、身体の老化対応などの理由で古くなった家にはリフォーム（リノベーション）が必要で、我が家は6年前、2年前の工事に続いて今回が3回目になりました。
壊すには余計の人件費がかかりますからリノベーションのコストは相対的に高くなります。
We have our plumbing facility being renovated this relatively sun-blessed week.
Renovation for the old house is indispensable because of the equipment aging, the life style changing and the necessity for copying with our physical aging.
The renovation work this time is the 3rd one followed by the 2nd one just 2 years ago.
It costs higher since breaking down the existing facilities needs the extra labor than usual.
