運動で健康 Exercise makes a good health.

日頃の運動:
朝、7時過ぎからラジオでニュースを聞きながらベッドでのストレッチ体操が約15分、8時40分からのラジオ体操で10分、更に大雨でなければ日中の適当な時に30分~40分くらいのウォーキングが私の日常的な運動メニューです。
合計すると約1時間にもなります。(もちろん、サボることもありますが・・・・)
おかげで最近は良い体調を維持できています。
Daily exercise:
I usually do a stretching exercise on the bed for about 15 minutes after 7 in the morning while listening to the radio news, do the radio gymnastic exercises in the office for 10 minutes from 8:30 in the morning and enjoy walking for about 30 or 40 minutes at the appropriate time in the daytime. 
Those make it as much as about one hour, don’t it? (Sometimes I neglect them, of course.)
Thanks to these exercises, I have kept up a good condition these years.
