鳥たちは餌探しが朝一番でやることでしょう。
私はこの時期、暑い時期に朝一番でやることは健康維持のための有酸素運動、ウォーキングです。毎日、5千~6千歩が目標です。
It should be for the birds to try to get food as the first thing to do in the morning. 
As for me, it is a walking, aerobic exercise at this time of hot season to keep my health and the daily target is 5,000 – 6,000 steps.
