解約後の料金引き落とし                Wrong billing even after cancellation

The other day we found that the wrong amount from S company was charged to my credit card even after I had cancelled the WiFi contract with S company in April. They mischarged us for the service in May as well.
We called S company and they promised me to pay the money back, but we were forced to go the shop for confirmation and finish the necessary procedure though we had no mistakes. We can’t trust the company until we confirm the refund.
Be careful not to allow the wrong billings to your credit card, please because this kind of wrong billing is often the case.
