Onomichi Free English Learning Society has introduced this TV conference system for discussions and/or information exchanges among the members with foreign guests on Skype.
It is good enough for about 10 people around the table to speak without the microphone near the mouth. The speaker volume is also enough and the camera is remote controllable.
