貯筋(ちょきん) Amassed muscular training

今日の春の雨は季節を冬に逆戻りさせたようで、いつもの戸外ウォーキング運動は無理です。しかし昨日、しまなみ海道の因島大橋、多々羅大橋を歩いて渡り日頃の数倍の運動で貯筋(ちょきん)をしましたので“よし”とします。
The spring rain of today has brought us back to winter temperature-wise and the usual outdoor walking exercise is impossible. But it is OK because I walked a few times as much as usual yesterday. We enjoyed walking on the world-class two big bridges over the Seto Inland Sea along the Shimanami Kaido.
