小さな事務所部屋がいい？　Is the smaller room better?

一昨日、所有している建物の２階の小さな部屋を事務所部屋として使用できるかどうか、ある人に打診されました。昨年12月に私自身が使用を開始したばかり小さな部屋です。建物全体が貸店舗・貸事務所（http://www.office-ktk.jp/貸事務所-貸店舗/）という不動産商品なので、お客さんの要望にお応えするのが第一優先で、しかも、他にも賃貸空物件のあるこの時期に来ていただいたことに感謝しまければならないことはわかるのだけど・・・・・。私はどこに行けばいいのか？
The day before yesterday, I was asked if they could use a small room on the 2nd floor in our building for rent as their office room, which I have started using as my office only since last December. Now where should I move out? I understand that the whole building is our real estate for rent and that it should be our first priority to meet the customer’s request, and furthermore I appreciate that they visited us despite of that there are many other vacant office rooms near our place.
