来るもの拒まず、去るもの追わず：
このことわざは心の広さを言ったもののようです。私はこれに“来るもの求めず”を追加して、事にあたることができればもっと良いと思っていますが、難しいです。

It is said this proverb refers to the generosity of spirit. Besides that I would like to add “ Those who come are not sought for.” to make my life more relaxed and better. It is easy to say, but difficult to do.
