標準体重　Ideal body weight

今年の人間ドックの検診結果報告書をいただきました。私の身長での標準体重は64.6kgで、現在2kgのオーバーです。年末までに減量できればと思っています。
I have got reported the results of my thorough medical examination this year. My ideal body weight for my height is 64.6 kgs, but I am overweight by 2 kgs. Hopefully I will lose it by the end of this year.
