新テナント決定、満室御礼　New Tenant Selected, Fully Occupied

3月からテナント募集していましたKECビル（https://youtu.be/wh56yUvjjQE）の１階の入居者が決定し、おかげさまで、再度、当ビルは満室となります。

不動産会社、㈱タカハシ様の仲介サービスを通じて1社に決まりましたが、他にも5社にお問い合わせをいただき、内見に来ていただきました。

㈱タカハシ様と私との間での管理委託契約が完了しましたので、近日中に新しいテナントの入居準備、入居、業務開始となります。

We have selected one tenant for the first floor of the KEC Building (https://youtu.be/wh56yUvjjQE), for which we had been accepting applications since March, and thanks to your support, the building is once again fully occupied.

Although we ultimately decided on one company through the brokerage services of the real estate firm “Takahashi Co., Ltd.,” we received inquiries from five other companies, and they came to view the property.

Since the property management agreement between Takahashi Co., Ltd. and us has been finalized, preparations for the new tenant’s move-in, the move-in itself, and the start of operations will take place shortly.
