夏が来た！ エアコンは自家発電電気で　Summer is here! The air conditioner runs on electricity generated by our own power system

昨年よりは涼しかった6月、梅雨が過ぎて、先日10日から本格的に夏が到来しました。

湿度が高く暑いこの時期の不快指数は高いですが、エアコンを使用できれば少し快適に過ごせます。

我が家では午前中に小型の太陽光発電システム（仕様は下記の通り、添付写真参照）で蓄電池に蓄えた電気と、リアルタイムで太陽光発電中の電気を併用して、午後の暑い時間帯は太陽光による電気だけでエアコン一台を5、6時間運転して過ごします。

我が家の太陽光発電システムの仕様ですが、パネル出力は僅か600Whで、屋根据え置き型（3,000～5,000Wh）と比較しても1/5から1/9の超ミニサイズ。蓄電池容量は2,600Whサイズ。

私が自作したこの小型システムは太陽光自動追尾式（ひまわり発電所、Sunflower Power Station）なので、太陽光が一日中、ほぼ直角に当たり、発電効果は抜群。エアコンも効果的に使用できます。

June was cooler than last year, and now that the rainy season has passed, summer officially arrived on the 10th.

The discomfort index is high during this hot and humid season, but using the air conditioner makes things a little more comfortable.

At our house, we use a combination of electricity stored in a battery during the morning via a small solar power generation system (specifications below; see attached photo) and electricity generated in real time from this solar power system. During the hot afternoon hours, we run one air conditioner for five or six hours using only solar-generated electricity.

As for the specifications of our solar power system, the panel output is a mere 600 Wh—an ultra-compact size, equivalent to just 1/5 to 1/9 of a typical rooftop system (3,000–5,000 Wh). The battery capacity is 2,600 Wh.

Since this system, which I built myself, features automatic solar tracking (the “Sunflower Power Station”), sunlight hits them at nearly a right angle throughout the day, resulting in outstanding power generation efficiency. This allows us to use the air conditioner effectively as well.
