テナント募集中　A tenant Wanted

現在、空室となっている建物の1階の部屋（10坪、向かって左側）のテナントを募集中です。

仲介を依頼している不動産会社への問い合わせがありますが、自分自身でも学習教室、音楽教室として紹介し入居案内をしています。

隣の1階の部屋（10坪、向かって右側）は英会話カフェ、コワーキングスペースになります。

外国人の方に利用いただくことも歓迎し、ホームページには日本語と英語で紹介していますので、尾道在住の外国の方にもすでに知られています。

A tenant Wanted:

We are currently seeking a tenant for the vacant first-floor unit (10 tsubo, on the left as you face the building).

While inquiries are coming in through the real estate agency handling the listing, I am also personally promoting the space as a study room or music studio and providing move-in guidance.

The adjacent first-floor unit (10 tsubo, on the right side) will be an English conversation café and coworking space.

We welcome foreign residents to use the space, and since our website features information in both Japanese and English, it is already well-known among foreign residents in Onomichi.
