会計年度末になるとよく見られる光景が、少し高台にある我が家から見下ろせます。

市営高層（5階）アパートからの下水管は約60年を経過しており、その取り換え工事です。

昨年の工事に続いて、今回はその継続工事で、工事期間は2月10日から2月28日です。

全国各地でも高度成長期頃から設置された色々なインフラの設備の交換、修理作業が行われているのでしょう。

The sewer pipes from the city-owned high-rise (5-story) apartment building are about 60 years old, and this is the replacement work.

Following last year's construction work, this is a continuation of that project, with the construction period running from February 10 to February 28.

Across the country, replacement and repair work is likely underway for various infrastructure facilities installed around the time of the high-growth period.
