世界的な問題、ナノ・プラスチックの人体への侵入：

マイクロレベルよりはるかに小さなナノサイズの話題です。

マイクロプラスチック（5mm未満）とナノプラスチック（0.001mm/1µm未満）は、環境中のプラごみが紫外線や物理的力で砕けた微小粒子。海洋汚染に加え、水や大気を通じて人間の体内（消化器・肺）へ取り込まれ、血液や脳組織への蓄積や健康影響が危惧されています。特にナノ粒子は細胞膜を通過しやすく、毒性が懸念されています。

1月28日、午後8時からのNHK-BS放送「脳に忍び込むナノプラスチックを追う」を見ました。

低価格、加工性、利便性などの好条件が揃っている各種のプラスチック、高分子商品は、これまで世界中で膨大な量が行方不明で、ナノプラスチックとなる可能性があります。

当然、人類の歴史の中で初めてのことで、ナノプラスチックは河川水、海、空気中にすでに存在し、私たちは皆、世界中でどこに住んでいても、これを体内にすでに取り込んでいます。

私たち全員が参加している壮大な人体実験が進行していることになります。

Nano-Microplastics Entering the Human Body, a Global Issue:

This topic concerns nano-sized particles, far smaller than the micro level.

Microplastics (less than 5mm) and nano-plastics (less than 0.001mm/1µm) are minute particles formed when plastic waste in the environment breaks down due to ultraviolet radiation or physical forces. Beyond marine pollution, they are ingested into the human body (digestive tract and lungs) via water and air, raising concerns about accumulation in blood and brain tissue and potential health impacts. Nanoparticles, in particular, are easily able to pass through cell membranes, and their toxicity is a significant concern.

On January 28th, I watched the NHK-BS broadcast “Tracking Nano-Plastics Sneaking into the Brain,” airing at 8:00 PM.

Various plastics and polymer products, favored for their low cost, workability, and convenience, have been missing in enormous quantities worldwide, potentially becoming nano-plastics.

Naturally, this is unprecedented in human history. Nano-plastics already exist in river water, oceans, and the air, and we have already ingested them into our bodies wherever we live.

This means a grand human experiment is underway, one in which we are all participating.
