古看板の修理、再生、再利用 Repair, Restoration, and Reuse of the Old Sign

約40年前に賃貸ビルを建てた時に作ってもらった「テナント募集」の看板です。（写真、左、電話番号は現在使用されていません。）

さすがに、字が薄れ、一部錆びも出て、木枠は経年変化で朽ちていましたが、ペンキで塗り替え、木枠は木材とアルミ材料で交換して再生しました。

3月からのテナント募集に再活用する予定ですが、使用前にテナントが決まれば最高です。

This is a “Tenant Wanted” sign created when the rental building was constructed about 40 years ago. (Photo, left: Phone number is no longer in use.)

The lettering had faded, rust had appeared in places, and the wooden frame had rotted due to aging. However, I have restored it by repainting it and replacing the wooden frame with wood and aluminum materials.

We will reuse it for tenant recruitment starting in March, but securing a new tenant before then would be ideal.
