2026挑戦作業 (3) 本の英語翻訳 2026 Works (3) Japanese book translation into English

知人の出版本（Danjo、写真、アマゾンで購入可能）の英訳ですが、3月末を期限として行っています。

今年度、この本を含めて3冊の翻訳を予定しています。

本の翻訳には次のステップが必要です。

１．翻訳する本を数度は読み込み、理解を深める。

２．本の中の専門用語や固有名詞を取り出し、対応する正確な発音と正確な訳語のリストを作成する。

３．本全体の翻訳をする。

４．翻訳した本を読み返す。

５．翻訳した本の後編集を行い、文法的な誤りや語彙を確認する。

６．最終的な後編集としてネイティブチェックを行い、自然な文章にする。

おかげさまで、現在、６の段階まで進んでいます。

I have been translating my acquaintance's book (Danjo, in Japanese, picture, available for purchase on Amazon) into English, whose deadline is the end of March.

I plan to translate three books this year including this book.

Translating a book requires the following steps:

1. Read the book several times to deepen my understanding.

2. Extract specialized terms and proper nouns from the book, creating a list of their corresponding accurate pronunciations and precise translations.

3. Translate the entire book.

4. Reread the translated book.

5. Post-edit the translated book, checking for grammatical errors and vocabulary

6. Conduct a native check as the final post-editing step to ensure natural sentences.

Thankfully, we have now progressed to stage 6.
