再エネ賦課金 RES surcharge

インフレ下の再生可能エネルギー発電促進賦課金（再エネ賦課金、3.98円/kWh）：

インフレ、物価高騰対策は遅々として進んでいません。

これまでの30年を考えると、新しい総理大臣にはそんなに期待しないで、自己防衛しましょう。

先月までの3ヵ月、7月、8月、9月に行われた電気・ガス料金への補助は終了しました。（これは単に参議院選挙対策だったのかもしれませんが。）

ですから、今月10月から平均で毎月1000円程度、電気・ガス料金が上がります。

更に、再生可能エネルギー発電促進賦課金（負担金）はそのまま徴収されます。

この負担金支払い額は3.98円/kWhですから、月400kWhを使う標準家庭で、年間では約2万円にもなります。電気料金の約10%にもなります。

電気事業の費用は電気料金としてすでに電力会社に私たちは支払っているのですから、政府と電力会社に都合よく搾取されているのです。これは二重課金で、過剰搾取です。（添付記事参照。）

私たちの対策としては再エネ賦課金支払額を減らす方法は電力会社から電気を買わないことです。自宅で発電・蓄電し、その電気を有効に利用することです。安い単価で売電をせず、政府、電力会社、業者の言うなりになって、必要以上の大型の設備を高金額で導入しないことです。

Considering the past 30 years, let's not place too much hope in the new Prime Minister and protect ourselves.

Furthermore, the subsidies applied to electricity and gas bills for the past three months—July, August, and September—have ended. (This may have been merely a measure for the Upper House election.)

Therefore, starting this month, October, electricity and gas bills will increase by an average of about 1,000 yen per month.

Furthermore, the Renewable Energy Promotion Surcharge (burden fee) will continue to be collected as it has been.

This burden fee is 3.98 yen/kWh, meaning for a standard household using 400 kWh per month, it amounts to approximately 20,000 yen annually. This represents about 10% of the electricity bill.

We are already paying the power companies for electricity costs through our bills, so this is essentially convenient exploitation by the government and power companies. This is double billing and excessive exploitation. (See attached article.)

Our countermeasure to reduce the renewable energy surcharge payment is to stop buying electricity from the power companies. Let's generate and store electricity at home, and use that electricity efficiently. Avoid selling electricity at very low rates, and don't blindly follow the government, power companies, or contractors into installing unnecessarily large, expensive equipment.
