酷暑日の過ごし方、「ひまわり発電所600W」と共に　How to survive the extreme heat days with the "Sunflower Power Station 600W"　　

一昨日7月30日（水）午後3時頃の屋外軒下の温度計で、39度℃を示していました（写真）。
このような酷暑の続く毎日を、我が家では以下のように室内温度を28度℃くらいに管理し過ごしています。
１．午前5時頃～10時頃：外気温が30度℃以下の場合、窓を開放しておきます。
２．午前10時頃～12時頃：10時頃には窓を閉めて、室内温度を28度℃くらいに保ちます。
３．正午12時頃～午後4時頃：外気温が30度℃～になりますので、エアコンを運転して室内温度を28度℃くらいに保ちます。エアコンには小型太陽光自家発電・蓄電装置「ひまわり発電所600W（SFPS）」の蓄電池と発電パネルからの電気を利用します。
４．午後4時頃～夕方8時頃：外気温が28度℃以上の場合、エアコンは商用電源を使って継続使用します。（蓄電池を夜間非常用に使用するためです。）
５．午後8時頃～後10時頃：外気温が28度℃くらいになると、窓を開放して扇風機で外気を取り入れます。
「ひまわり発電所600W（SFPS）」の電気は台所の冷蔵庫、電灯、仕事用のパソコンなどにも使用し、夏季でさえ、我が家全体（オール電化）電気使用量の数十パーセントをカバーし、SDGsに貢献しています。

The day before yesterday, Wednesday, July 30, at around 3:00 p.m., the outdoor thermometer under the eaves showed 39°C (102°F, see photo).
In such extreme heat, we keep the indoor temperature around 28°C by doing the following:
1. From around 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: If the outdoor temperature is below 30°C, we keep the windows open.
2. From around 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.: We close the windows by around 10 a.m. to maintain the indoor temperature at around 28°C.
3. From noon to 4 p.m.: Since the outdoor temperature reaches 30°C or higher, we run the air conditioner to maintain an indoor temperature of around 28°C. The air conditioner uses electricity from the “Sunflower Power Slant 600W (SFPS)” a small-scale solar power generation and storage system's battery and solar panels.
4. From around 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.: If the outdoor temperature is above 28°C, the air conditioner will continue to operate using commercial power. This is for use with the battery in case of an emergency at night.
5. From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.: When the outdoor temperature drops to around 28°C (82°F), we open the windows and use a fan to bring in fresh air.
Electricity from the Sunflower Power Plant 600W (SFPS) is also used for the kitchen refrigerator, lighting, and computers. This covers about 30 percent of our all-electric home's total electricity consumption even in summer, contributing to SDGs.
