大停電　Major Power Outage

スペイン、ポルトガルで4月29日（日本時間）に起きた大停電では両国内の60%の電力が停止しました。

コンピュータ社会、AI社会での電力需要が毎年大きく増加している今日、大停電の社会的影響は大変大きく、決してよそ事ではありません。
