初めてのオンライン面接　The first online interview

英検１級（＆同格）資格者ネットワーク（https://www.office-ktk.jp/英検%EF%BC%91級資格者ネット/）
では英検の面接試験委員になりたい人に無料で推薦紹介支援を行っています。
被支援を希望する人と同県又は近県に住むネットワークに登録済みのメンバー（現役英検面接試験委員）が面接して推薦紹介に資するかどうかを確認する面接が必要ですが、最近はコロナウイルスの関係もあり、オンライン面接でも行っています。
昨日（31日）は東京と茨城県の二人に私が立会人として加わった形での面接になりました。
今週金曜日（5日）には東京のお二人に私も加わったスカイプでのオンライン面接を予定しています。
STEP 1st graders’ (& Equiv.) Network in Japan（https://www.office-ktk.jp/英検%EF%BC%91級資格者ネット/）has been supporting the qualified people who want to be STEP oral test examiners for nothing.
Before Covod-19 broke out, the registered qualified members (active STEP oral test examiners) living in the same prefecture or neighboring prefectures met them in person to check whether the latter can be recommended to STEP or not. But recently we conduct the online interview for the same purpose.
We did the first online interview yesterday on May 31, where a registered member in Tokyo interviewed a qualified person in Ibaraki prefecture together with me as an observer.
We will have another one this coming Friday with two qualified ladies in Tokyo on Skype together with me.
