公共道徳心の欠如　No public spirit, no moral sense

ゴミ回収所に暗闇に乗じて違法にゴミを放置する確信犯がいます。
防止のために追加の警告「カメラ監視中」の張り紙をしましたが、今のところ効果的なようです。
今に始まったことではありませんが、公共道徳心の欠如した人間は一定数、どこにでもいます。
今回のゴミ捨ての場合もカップルでしたが、あおり運転で逮捕されたあのバカほどではないでしょう。

We have convinced criminals that leave the wastes illegally at the drop-off-site in the dark.
To prevent this, we have stuck the additional bill warning saying “24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE” and that seems to be effective so far.
This is an old story and we have a certain number of people with no public spirit and no moral sense here and there.
In this case of illegal waste dumping, they were a young couple, but they may not be as stupid as the ones who have been arrested by their reckless tailgating.
