討論テーマは「北海道地震で明らかになった災害時の海外旅行者支援体制不足」でした。

The second English learning session in Minari by Onomichi Free English Learning Society was held today on September 27 with all the 18 members attended.
The discussing theme was “Hokkaido quake reveals Japan is woefully unprepared to help foreign tourists in times of disaster”.
