日本の英語運用能力順位：
日本は世界、非英語圏諸国内で37位です。
アジア諸国で日本よりも高位なのが、シンガポール（5位）、マレーシア（13位）、フィリピン（15位）、インド（27位）、香港（29位）、韓国（30位）、ベトナム（34位）、中国（36位）です。
日本の英語教育界、文科省はこんなにもの長い間、一体何をしてきたのでしょうか。
