庭の紅白の花々　White blooms and red ones in our garden

我家のツツジですが、今日4月20日時点で白ツツジは満開、赤いキリシマツツジは満開間近です。
ご存知の通り、日本において、紅白は祝い事に伝統的に使われる二色の組み合わせであり、めでたい、お祝い、縁起がよい、といった意味でも使用されています。
The azaleas in our garden, white ones are in full bloom and red ones ready to be in full bloom today as of April 20th.
As is known in Japan, red and white is a happy, celebrative combination of colors that has been traditionally used on auspicious occasions.
