日本最大の広告会社、電通の社員の自殺以来、この会社を含めた会社組織のブラックな部分がずっとマスコミの話題になっています。
私は生きるためには前向きに「逃げる」、「断る」を実践してかけがえのない命を救う大切さを学校教育から教えてほしいと思っています。
人間は大きな組織にいなくても（逃げる）、無茶・無理な仕事は断ってでも自らを信じて前向きに努力できれば生きてゆけます。

Since the employee of Dentsu Inc. (http://www.dentsu.co.jp/), the biggest advertising company in Japan, killed herself on December 25 last year of 2015, the sweatshop properties of companies have been a hot topic in the medias.
I wish they teach how important it is to save our precious life in school education. We can live without belonging to big organizations and/or without accepting the impossible requests if we believe ourselves and make our own efforts positively after escaping and/or refusing them.
This is what I can say with confidence because I have survived as a self-employed business owner for 40 years after quitting my work for a large company at the age of 29. http://www.office-ktk.jp/home/
