解約後の料金引き落とし　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Wrong billing even after cancellation

4月21日に解約したS社とのWiFi契約ですが、解約後も間違って料金が引き落とされていることが先日わかりました。5月分の料金が誤って課金されていたのです。
電話連絡し最終的には返金する約束をしてもらいましたが、私の方に何の落ち度もないのに店頭まで出頭して返金手続きをしなければなりませんでした。次は本当に返金振り込みがあるかどうかの確認ができるまでは信用できません。
このような解約後の料金引き落としはよくあること、とも聞いています。皆さんも誤った料金引き落としには注意して下さい。
The other day we found that the wrong amount from S company was charged to my credit card even after I had cancelled the WiFi contract with S company in April. They mischarged us for the service in May as well.
We called S company and they promised me to pay the money back, but we were forced to go the shop for confirmation and finish the necessary procedure though we had no mistakes. We can’t trust the company until we confirm the refund.
Be careful not to allow the wrong billings to your credit card, please because this kind of wrong billing is often the case.
