年末の土木工事　Year-end civil engineering work

11月下旬から12月初旬の2週間、我が家の排水関係、外回りの工事をしてもらっています。役所の年度末工事と異なり、余った予算を使い切るためにやっているものでは決してありません。
We have now some drainage system work and land leveling done around our house for two weeks in late November through early December. Different from the public civil engineering work by the government offices at the end of the fiscal year, it is never to use up the surplus budget.
