きちんとした食事  Square meals

10日間ほど点滴だけで、絶食を余儀なくされた初めての経験を通じて、きちんと1日3回食事できる大切さ、三度三度の食事を作ってもらえることのありがたさ、そして食事から得られるパワーを痛感しました。
I was forced to abstain from eating only with receiving intravenous fluids for about 10 days, which told me how important it is to be able to have three square meals a day, how thankful it is to have them prepared and how much power they gives me.
