限界集落と新興住宅地  Marginal village and new residential areas

私が生まれた小さな集落には30年くらい前は15軒すべて住居として使用されていました。しかし、現在は6軒に激減しています。この狭い集落だけをみると限界集落となっています。この現象の原因は交通の不便さ、車も入らない狭い生活道路しかないことでしょう。
ただ、すぐ近かくは以前、畑だったところが新興住宅地となり人口は増加していますが。
In the small village I was born in had 15 dwelling houses and all of them were occupied about 30 years ago, but now only 6 are used. As far as this small area is concerned, the village is a marginal village. The main cause of this phenomenon is attributed to the very narrow residential roads the cars can’t run on.
But, the new residential areas very close to the village have been developed and the population has been increased.
