体内年齢　Body age

新しい体重計を入手しました。タニタの体組織計ですが、体重を測定するたびに写真のような項目の情報を提供してくれます。ちなみに、最新のデータでは私の体内年齢は実年齢よりも15歳低い、とのことですが、にわかには信じがたいです。なお、BMIは22.1です。
We have got a new weight scale by TANITA, which gives us the information of the weight, BMI, the body fat percentage, the muscle mass, the base metabolism volume, the body age and so on everytime we measure the weight. The latest information of mine shows that my body age is 15 years younger than my age, which is a little bit difficult to believe, and BMI is 22.1.
