人脈　Human network

仕事を遂行する上で最も大切な要素の一つでしょう。小さいながらも海外での業務支援をしている小生ですが、フィリピンでの業務には3つの信頼できる人脈で事に当たっています。フィリピンのイメージが女性はエンターテインメント分野、男性は土木建築分野での現場労働という強く偏向したイメージが私たち日本人にありますが、はやく改善されるように貢献できればいいと思っています。
It should be one of the most important factors to carry out our work. I have been engaged in supporting overseas business and between the Philippines and Japan we now have three reliable human networks. Hopefully we can contribute to correct our strong and polarized ideas toward the Philippine ladies being for entertaining and the Philippine men for being simple labor force in civil engineering and construction fields.
