英語になった日本語、「旨味」　Umami, a Japanese word that has been adopted into the English language

私の持っている古い辞書（1970年版コンサイス英和辞典）には「旨味」(umami) は英語としては掲載されていません。しかし、今日のデジタル辞書にはすでに英語単語として掲載されています。

I can not find an English word of “umami” in my old English-Japanese dictionary published in 1970, but it has been reflected now in the digital dictionaries as an English word.
