１月26日から３回シリーズで放送された日本と中国を舞台にした新型電池の開発技術に関する攻防を描いた番組（http://www.nhk.or.jp/drama/madeinjapan/）は見ごたえがありました。原作者は新技術は誰が開発し、商品がどこで生産されるかが大切なのではなく、新技術がどれだけ多くの人、社会に貢献できるかが最も大切、と言いたかったのでした。同感です。技術者の純粋な良心の一端を見た思いがしました。
The TV program produced by NHK on the newly developed battery was realｌy great. It was a kind of war between Japan and China. The female writer must have wanted to convey her message to us that the most important is not who has developed the new technology, where the products have been made either, but how much and well the newly developed technology has contributed to the people and the society. I am quite agree to her idea. I felt I could see a part of the engineer’s pure conscience.
