ギターの周辺器具（1）ギターレスト：
クラシックギターを正しい姿勢で演奏するためのギター支持具です。いくつかの種類がありますが、私は写真左のギターレストをここ3年ほど使用しています。足台（写真右下）がまだ一般的ですが、体を不自然に湾曲すると疲れや痛みを伴いますので私は今では使用していません。

It is an support for the classic guitars to be played in 

the correct posture. I have been using the one at the left side of the picture these 3 years among some kinds of models. The footrests (lower right of the picture) still have been in common use、but I do not use this type because I am forced to bend my body unnaturally, causing fatigue and pain.
