大臣の資質？　Qualification as a minister?

弁護士資格まで持っている大臣が、国会の場での明らかな虚偽でその資質を問われているようです。
これは人間としての資質の問題でしょう。

裁判や判決を見聞きすると平気で噓をついている弁護士は少なくありませんが。
