大学入試に外部試験　External English examinations for university entrance examinations

報道されているように従来の大学入試の英語試験に外部試験、TOEFL、TOEIC、英検などが導入される日が早く来てほしいと思います。
何十年も社会的要求に応えられる結果を生まない旧態依然とした英語教育制度を改革するのは極めて自然で良いことです。
反対しているのは変化に対応できない教師、一日で読める英語読本と何十年も使える英語文法書で毎年同じ授業をする教師、そして自説しか頭にない学者でしょう。
As is reported in the attached newspaper article, I hope that the external English examinations will replace the conventional university entrance examinations as soon as possible. 
It is quite natural and goo that the backward English education system that has not met the social need for such a long time is retooled. 
Those who are against this possible change are the teachers who can’t catch up with this change, the teachers who have been teaching English only with one English reading book readable in a day and one English grammar book usable in their whole life as well as the English related stubborn scholars only with their own theories.
