英語狂騒曲（１） A rage for English (1)

昨今の英語教育に関しては“騒ぎ過ぎ”だと思います。
英語は多くの国で使われていますが、多くの外国語の一つで、特別に難しいものではありません。
生活や仕事で活用可能なバランスのとれた語学力は①バランスのとれた母国語（日本語）ができ、②外国語習得の興味や目的があり、未知の単語や表現、スキルの習得努力ができ、③得られた言葉の知識とスキルを使って異文化交流したり、相互理解を深めたり、利益につながる（又は、つなげる）喜びを感じることができれば誰でも母国語に近いレベルの外国語スキルが身に付きます。
大金を使う海外留学や語学学校は必ずしも必要ではありません。

Recently in Japan, there has been too big a craze for English.
As is known, English is used in many countries, but it is not a difficult language in particular. 
The balanced English skills usable on business and/or in our daily life can be picked up anytime by anyone if ① the learners can manage the balanced mother language, ② the learners have interest in learning foreign languages, making efforts to pick them up, ③ the learners can feel happy with the cultural exchange, mutual understanding and the business benefits using English.
The big amount of money in studying foreign countries and/or in the language schools is not always necessary.
I have acted up these principles and uploaded the some results and suggestions for the possible English learners from now on.
