家庭崩壊の原因ともなる転勤ですが、力関係で優位に立つ会社側が社員にほぼ一方的に転勤辞令を出すのは考え直すべきです。

転勤要求を拒否し退職することも選択肢ではありますが、それなりの覚悟や十分な事前準備が必要です。
